Michael F. Schultze was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  He graduated from the University of North Carolina in 1981 and the University of Carolina School of Law in 1984.  Practicing in Charlotte since admission to the Bar in 1984, he is admitted to practice before the Western, Middle and Eastern United States District Courts of North Carolina, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.  He has received various academic and civic honors and is a member of the NC Advocates for Justice.  He has and presently does sit and has presided on various Boards in the community.  He practices primarily in the areas of Civil Litigation, including Personal Injury and Wrongful Death, Commercial Litigation, Commercial Collections, Debtor and Creditor Rights, Fiduciary Litigation at all stages of probate and general Small Business Representation. Mike Schultze is the managing partner of the firm.
